March 18: Saturday in the Third Week of Lent
Read
Luke 18:9–14 | For all who exalt themselves will be humbled, but all who humble themselves will be exalted.
Blessing
May the strength of the wind be yours,
that you may find strength in adversity.
May the wisdom of the rocks be yours,
that you may be rounded in your ancestors.
May the joy of the trees be yours,
that you may bend and flow in times of trial.
May the delight of the birds be your,
that you may float gently in places of grace.
May the deep love of God be yours,
that you may know you are beloved even in the deepest gloom.
May you hold fast to your strength, wisdom, joy, delight, and love,
knowing that you are held fast in the heart of the Holy One. Amen.
