Greater St. Louis' Valerie Patton is St. John's next series speaker

Valerie E. Patton will be the next guest at the St. John's Tower Grove speaker's series, scheduled for May 16 at 6 p.m. Valerie leads Greater St. Louis, Inc.’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs as well as its foundation, and she is a member of All Saints and Ascension Episcopal Church in St. Louis. We're looking forward to hearing more from Valerie about her role at Greater St. Louis, Inc., which is the organization formed by the merger of the St. Louis Regional Chamber; AllianceSTL; Downtown STL Inc.; Arch to Park LLC; and Civic Progress.
We also hope to hear more from Valerie about the ways members of the church can engage with civic efforts to drive further inclusion, diversity, equity and access in the community.
Valerie has been an adjunct professor and instructor at Washington University in St. Louis, Harris Stowe State University and St. Louis Community College, and has held board and trustee positions with organizations including the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Fontbonne University, and Howard University School of Business. In 2018, Ms. Patton was awarded the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter’s award for Visionary Community Leadership.
