Book Study: Black and Episcopalian

by the Rev. Aaron Rogers,
Co-facilitator of the Diocesan Dismantling Racism Commission
The Diocesan Commission on Dismantling Racism is hosting a book study on Rev. Dr. Gayle Fisher-Stewart's book Black and Episcopalian: The Struggle for Inclusion.
Stewart's book offers an unflinching look at history of The Episcopal Church on racism and takes a provocative approach to truth-telling about the exclusion at the core of our history as Episcopalians. Stewart's liberative approach leads us into the type of courageous conversation that will challenge us to boldly build Beloved Community.
All are welcome to attend this relevant and thought-provoking book study.
