“The Lord is my life and my salvation; whom shall I fear?”
-Psalm 27:1
In life we are bound to have moments of fear, panic, and worry.
It can be from something as small as losing our car keys or something as big as what we’ve faced this past year and half in the form of a pandemic. A pandemic that has shook the world and the Church along with it. We can't help but feel worried and even scared. But today’s Psalm is a reminder of the comfort and hope we find in God so long as we trust in him. That God’s light and salvation is unshakeable. A salvation that can boost us above our troubles all while sheltering us in his unfailing mercy and love. So with the Lord at our side and shining upon us always, whom shall we fear? For we have a loving and life giving Creator. Always and Forever. Amen.
