The Community of Hope (COH) is a Christian community of lay pastoral care givers united in prayer, shaped by Benedictine spirituality and trained for pastoral ministry. Lay pastoral caregivers are taught a ministry of presence in order to bring the presence of Christ to the suffering. COH members give spiritual care to people in hospitals, prisons, nursing homes, homeless shelters and private homes.

Please consider joining this very personal and important ministry. The fall class will meet 5:30-8:30 pm on Thursdays, September 7 through December 7. The cost is $80. Scholarships are available.
