Episcopal School for Ministry invites the Dismantling Racism Commission of the diocese to lead three conversations for the three Friday evening sessions of this term. Chester Hines, chair of the commission and newly named Deacon of the School will facilitate these conversations with help from commission members. Topics include: Segregation in St. Louis Neighborhoods; Segregation in Education in St. Louis; and Segregation and Religious Life in St. Louis including conversations around using Seeking Our Past: Creating Our Future to overcome segregation.

Diocesan members in the St. Louis area are welcome to join in person. This year, the Program for Congregational Vitality is using online software to connect classrooms in Jefferson City, Poplar Bluff, and Hannibal with the St. Louis location at Eden Seminary.

For diocesan members outside of the metro area, you too can join using Adobe Connect. (Individual users won't have video cam or microphone, but can watch and listen, and participate in discussion using text chat.) Email diocesan communications director Beth Felice for more information and an online invitation.
