2-day workshop in Dismantling Racism offered in Columbia

Friday and Saturday, January 30-31, 2015. 2-day training in Dismantling Racism offered by the Commission in Columbia, Missouri, and held at Russell Chapel CME Church 108 East Ash, Columbia, MO 65203. 

Registration and Continental Breakfast begin at 8:30am each day; Lunch is provided; Sessions begin at 9:00am and conclude around 5:00 p.m. Friday and 4:00 p.m. Saturday)

No Cost to Participants (And 4 Meals Provided)

This faith-based workshop is open to the community. We welcome everyone! While the sponsor is The Diocese of Missouri, and the two hosts are Calvary Episcopal Church and Russell Chapel CME Church, the participants may come from any faith tradition or they may have no faith affiliation. The analysis presented in the training is commonly shared with similar, secular trainings focused on undoing racism. This two-day workshop will account for 14 hours of canonically required training for Episcopalians. If you've never attended this important training session, or know of someone that still needs to or should attend, please take advantage of this opportunity. Participants find the quest challenging and motivating!
