As essential as the worship and rituals of the Church are to our ongoing formation as Christ’s disciples and the community gathered together in congregations, they are not nearly the sum of all we are invited to engage or will encounter on our journey.
Christian education for both lay people and clergy, offered in a variety of settings, provides rich opportunities to explore and enrich our faith and prepare us to meet the challenges of the world in which live and serve.
So, too, do opportunities abound within the Church for spiritual direction and counsel, as well as the study and development of personal disciplines to facilitate new ways of engaging God in prayer and worship.
