Convocation Leadership Nomination Form

The Diocese of Missouri is reorganizing our convocation structure to encourage more engagement between our parishes.

All of our convocations are electing leadership positions at their first annual meetings in February 2022. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else to a leadership position, please fill out this form.

• Please fill out a separate form for each person being nominated.
• If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please get their permission before submitting this form.
• All elections will be taking place by Feb. 15, 2022.
• Please check with your convocation leadership for election details.
