Pet Blessings in the Diocese
Saint Francis is the patron saint of animals and the environment. We celebrate his Feast Day on October 4. In honor of St. Francis, many of our parishes offer pet blessings throughout the weekend. The list below is separated by days: Saturday, Oct. 2, Sunday, Oct. 3, and Monday, Oct. 4. We invite you and your pets to join in our celebration. For safety reasons, please make sure your pet is on a leash or in travel carriers.
