Hours: half-time / flexible
Description:
The Diocese of Missouri is hiring a part-time digital projects manager to assist the Director of Communications in the Offices of the Bishop. The main focus of this position will be to boost the social media and overall digital presence of The Episcopal Diocese of Missouri. Additional communications duties will be assigned according to the person’s skills and experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree in journalism, communications, or related field
- Broad knowledge of and experience using social media
- Excellent writing skills
- Creativity
- Respond productively to deadlines
- Ability to be a team player and/or take charge of individual projects
- Interest in and respect for The Episcopal Church
Additional qualifications -- not all are required, but any combination will be a benefit:
- Video / audio production
- Digital publishing / newsletter production
- Website content management
- Graphic design
- Photography
- Public relations
