Ministry Reports Due October 10

All ministry leaders whose ministries receive diocesan funding and/or serve the Diocese at large should submit a written report for our annual convention. These reports should highlight your ministry mission, accomplishments from the past year, and goals for the year ahead. Submit reports to communications director Janis Greenbaum no later than October 10.

Here are details for completing and filing your reports:

Thank you for your leadership in diocesan ministry over the past year. It is now time to compile your annual report and submit it to the 183rd Convention of The Episcopal Diocese of Missouri.

Our convention is all about celebrating our life together as a community of faith. These reports tell our story! Your report should be a reflection of your ministry’s work from November 2021 through November 2022. Please consider including the following information:

  • Ministry mission or purpose
  • Accomplishments and/or challenges from the past year
  • Goals for the year ahead
  • List of committee members (if applicable)
  • Contact information for those wishing to know more or who’d like to support your ministry

This year’s convention will be held November 18-19 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Chesterfield. All reports will be shared through the diocesan website and will be part of our permanent records. Some video reports will be selected for viewing during the convention.

Details for written reports:

  • Required for all diocesan-sponsored ministries and organizations
  • Submit in Word document format
  • Email reports to Communications Director Janis Greenbaum at [email protected].
  • Due no later than October 10, 2022

Details for video reports:

  • Optional, in addition to written report
  • No longer than 3 minutes in length
  • Submit in MP4 or MOV format
  • Upload videos to this Dropbox file: https://www.dropbox.com/request/LMc196AbvVWpl41OWPjl

We invite you to be a part of our faith journey.

Approximately 10,000 people throughout Eastern and Central Missouri find their faith home with us. About three-quarters of our members are in the metro St. Louis area, but our diocese reaches much farther than St. Louis. You will find more than 40 Episcopal churches, missions and faith communities as far north as Kirksville, as far west as Columbia, and as far south as Poplar Bluff (and many points in between).

If you are looking for a church home or a just a faith community to visit, we invite you to explore The Episcopal Diocese of Missouri.
