Parochial Reports:

These are required by The Episcopal Church. There are lots of changes this year -- don't wait until the last minute!

• Download instructions and forms or file online.
• Have questions? Finance Assistant Rita Benson attends Zoom calls every Tuesday where she can get your questions answered.
• Submit completed forms to Rita Benson.
• Deadline: March 1

Church Information Sheets:

Help us update our diocesan database by providing your parish's staff and leadership information.

• Watch for an email coming this week from Administrative Assistant Tracy Grigsby.
• Submit completed forms to Tracy Grigsby.
• Deadline: March 1.

Requests for Lay Ministry Licenses:

All lay ministers (catechists, eucharistic ministers, eucharistic visitors, lay preachers, worship leaders) must be licensed each year by the bishop.

• Complete and submit our new online form: Request for Lay Ministry License.
• Have questions? Contact Jillian Smith, Executive Assistant to the Bishop.
• Deadline: March 1
