Holy Hikes

Do you feel close to God in nature? Do you love the beauty of the Holy Eucharist? Our diocesan Creation Care Ministry, in partnership with Confluence: A Center for Spirituality, would like to begin offering Holy Hikes to bring the Eucharist outdoors throughout the Diocese of Missouri.
Holy Hikes® is a network of eco-ministries in the Christ tradition committed to rebuilding Communion between all of God's Creation. This ministry began in California and is now taking place throughout the country. Holy Hikes is committed to a common practice of worshiping God in the beauty of the outdoors. Churches hold liturgical hikes throughout the year to immerse ourselves in what John Muir called God's "first temples."
We're looking for clergy and lay members who would be interested in organizing or participating in Holy Hikes in your region of the Diocese. Learn more about Holy Hikes and then sign up here to help us launch this new ministry in the Diocese of Missouri!
Thank you for your interest in Holy HIkes.
A member of our Creation Care Ministry Team will contact you soon to discuss how we can work together to bring this ministry to the Diocese of Missouri.
