Enough: Circle of Trust Retreat

Friday, June 16, 2023, 4:00 PM

When was the last time you felt you were enough? We all experience times when we feel we cannot be enough, when our culture tells us that we can never have enough, and when we struggle with how to say, “enough!” in love. Guided by the Courage & Renewal approach, participants will explore the ways their inner teacher can provide courage and clarity in order to live lives that are truly enough.

Throughout the course of this in-person Circle of Trust® Retreat, we will explore the ways we understand what Enough means in our lives. Knowing and saying enough helps us focus on what is really important, life-giving and fruitful.

Engaging in reflection, conversation, and guided activities, we will practice together what it means to Be enough, Have Enough, and Say “Enough.” These practices will allow participants to cultivate resources of stillness, gratitude, and healthy boundary-setting.

We invite you to be a part of our faith journey.

Approximately 10,000 people throughout Eastern and Central Missouri find their faith home with us. About three-quarters of our members are in the metro St. Louis area, but our diocese reaches much farther than St. Louis. You will find more than 40 Episcopal churches, missions and faith communities as far north as Kirksville, as far west as Columbia, and as far south as Poplar Bluff (and many points in between).

If you are looking for a church home or a just a faith community to visit, we invite you to explore The Episcopal Diocese of Missouri.
