Emery Washington Celebration
Sunday, September 4, 2022, 3:30 PM
On the afternoon of Sunday, Sept. 18 at 4 p.m., the Emery Washington Convocation will commemorate and celebrate the convocation's patron, the Rev. Emery Washington.
Along with this celebration we will also officially "install" our Dean and Warden in a special liturgy presided over by Bishop Deon Johnson. The celebration will take place at the Episcopal Church of All Saints and Ascension in Northwoods, and EVERYONE in the convocation is invited to attend.
After the installation liturgy, a reception with refreshments will be held outside on the church lawn.
Please click here to register for this celebration. We are also in need of volunteers for the liturgy, to run the livestream, to sing in the choir, and to help set up and tear down the reception. You can sign up to volunteer in the registration link. If you plan to volunteer, please register on or before September 10.
