Digital Projects Manager joins the Diocesan Communications Team
We are pleased to welcome AhSa-Ti Tyehimba-Ford as the new (part-time) Digital Projects Manager for the diocese. AhSa-Ti will be working directly with Communications Director Janis Greenbaum in the Bishop's office.
As part of our communications team, AhSa-Ti will be responsible for broadcasting the bishop's message to the church and to the world through the use of digital media. She will help define a social media strategy for the diocese as well as assist with a variety of video, audio, and livestream projects.
"Communication plays such an important role in the church world today," said Communications Director Janis Greenbaum. "AhSa-Ti is an experienced and creative communicator whose voice will help keep our diocese connected and moving forward."
AhSa-Ti served as the technical director of the Diocese of Missouri's virtual convention in November, 2020 -- and did a fantastic job. As a contract worker, she also holds part-time communications positions with the LGBTQ Religious Archives Network, International and Metropolitan Community Church of Greater St. Louis.
"My life is centered in the world of social media, project management, the arts as a musician, storyteller, poet and as an audio-visual manager," AhSa-Ti says. "I enjoy connecting with various communities and being and artist has helped me to connect with myself and the community in profound ways."
Please help us welcome AhSa-Ti to the diocese and look forward to seeing her creative work online soon!
