Convention began with Eucharist and ordinations at 11 a.m. on Friday then continued with canonically required business until dinner. Saturday was presentations, table discussions, Sabbath.

The 175th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Missouri will take place on November 21 and 22, 2014, at the University Center, Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Timeline

Nov. 18- Convention booklet is now available, as well as a stand-alone agenda.

Nov. 6- The two documents which comprise the second mailing are now uploaded and available: the 2015 budget for consideration, and a document with nominee information, resolutions (3), the preliminary schedule, floor plan of the University Center, shuttle schedule, hotel directions.

Nov. 6- Reserved hotel rooms block no longer available

Nov. 1 - Registration is now closed for delegates, clergy, guests, vendors and exhibitors

Sept. 2 - First mailing sent to printer and files uploaded: convention graphic; letter from Bishop Wayne; Registration form; Hotel information; Preliminary schedule; Nominations committee call and nomination form; How to submit a resolution.

Vendor and exhibitor information sent to printer and files uploaded: letter from Michael Reiser, convention planner; registration form; also included will be hotel information and preliminary schedule.
