Every year for the past several years we have sent adults who work with youth from this diocese to a National Youth Workers Conference. When they attend they are energized, focused, and ready to immerse themselves in meaningful and relational programming for youth in their congregation. They also participate in the leadership of regional youth events, and as trainers for diocesan and ecumenical workshops on Youth Ministry. It is a wise investment on many levels.
