Bishop Smith told me he would like to see more youth events on the Diocesan Calendar, so we are working hard to gather youth regionally around substantive, fun, worshipful, and/or service projects. If you have an event in your Youth Group that you would like to invite other youth groups to, please contact me, Heidi Clark, in the Diocesan Offices, or other youth workers on the Yahoo list or at the Starbuck's gatherings, and we will work collaboratively to help you pull it together. This means having your youth group join with others, and enjoy being in a larger group of Episcopal teenagers (wee!). Additional funding for these gatherings will be available from your Diocesan Youth Office, making it easier for you to open your events up to more youth.
