*If your congregation has a visitation scheduled in 2008, you will receive a "Visitation Packet" approximately 4 weeks prior to the visitation date.

If your congregation does not have a visitation scheduled in 2008, it is because the Bishop is not able to visit every congregation within a 12-month period. He does try to visit each congregation within an 18-month period.
