St. Luke’s is offering an Osteoporosis class FREE to the community on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 6:30p-8:00p. It will be held at St. Luke’s Hospital at 232 S. Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017 in the Institute for Health Education. A physical therapist and a registered dietician will provide patients with information about the relationships between body mechanics, exercise, posture, and nutrition as they relate to osteoporosis.
