Complete contents include the basic schedule (Order of Business level detail will be available after the script has been prepared), Resolutions and Nominations received by deadline (additional nominations will be submitted from the floor this year), detailed map and shuttle information, and the 2010 Budget as adopted by Council and for final action by Convention.

From the Bishop's letter
Preacher and keynote speaker is the Rev. Dwight Zscheile, a priest of the Diocese of Minnesota and Assistant Professor of Congregational Mission and Leadership at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. He brings expertise, and parish experience, in the Church's missional life to challenge us--and to show us possibilities.
Among the matters before us:
- Reports from Missouri's deputation to the 76th General Convention
- Application with Convention's consent and approval of parish status for Church of the Transfiguration, Lake St. Louis
- Diocesan budget
- Updates about the ongoing work in partnership with our brothers and sisters in Lui Diocese
