The National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) is sponsoring a 12 week "Family to Family" class at St. John's Episcopal Church, 3664 Arsenal Street, 63116, every Sunday from 6- 8 p.m. in the Parish Hall, beginning January 31. (tentatively Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21, & 28, March 7, 14, 21 & 28, April 4, 11, & 18; probably April 4 (Easter) will be rescheduled). "Family to Family" is a class for family members and friends of people with mental illness, taught by NAMI volunteers. Trinity Episcopal Church in the Central West End holds a monthly Compline service on the third Sunday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. Compline is a brief but beautiful service with ancient roots. Enjoy 20 to 30 minutes of music, scripture, poetry, prayers and silence. Afterward we adjourn to a nearby restaurant for dinner and conversation.
